Read From Our Chief Cheer Leader
Our journey began on 7th November, 2012 when Kinderville was founded. We enrolled 4 families and we have grown to partner and serve over 300 families since then.
We believe if we prepare children for life, they will excel in academia, in sports, in music & dance, in art, in relationships; they will excel in life! I applaud you for choosing Kinderville, for choosing to partner with us on this exciting journey, a journey of defining the future of our country, and of Africa, one child at a time.
We aim to unleash the potential in each child through the Leader In Me ® process. We desire to help every child wake up every morning knowing: I am important, I am loved, I can do it by giving them opportunities to express their genius! Our children learn that they are all leaders and that leading can be fun. Our children will learn to lead their own life, and we aim to help them develop the abilities to work well with others in today’s interdependent world.

What Is Leader In Me?
This is a whole school transformation process that helps us create well rounded learners, by developing the whole child and preparing them to be life ready learners. Leader In Me unites students, staff and families around a common goal to prepare students with high school, college and career readiness skills that are necessary to thrive in today’s ever changing, fast paced environment.
