This is a whole school transformation process that helps us create well rounded learners, by developing the whole child and preparing them to be life ready learners. Leader In Me
unites students, staff and families around a common goal to prepare students with high school, college and career readiness skills that are necessary to thrive in today’s ever changing, fast paced environment.
Every child has genius, and every child can be a leader! Partner with us and discover your child’s genius and leadership skills, and inspire them to greatness!
Anyone can be a leader by intentionally leading one’s own life (leading self), and working well with and encouraging the greatness in others (leading others).
Our 5 Core Paradigms
The Leader In Me has empowered us to create a learning environment that addresses the whole-child education with 5 core paradigms:
- EVERYONE CAN BE A LEADER – not this, Leadership is for the few
- EVERYONE HAS GENIUS – not this, A few people are gifted
- CHANGE STARTS WITH ME – not this,To improve schools, the system has to change first
- EDUCATORS EMPOWER STUDENTS TO LEAD THEIR OWN LEARNING – not this, Educators
